Purpose:
Serve as the vital link between local production and the Sales organization. This role is responsible for transforming complex technical tasks from Sales, Product Development (PD), and Product Management (PM) into suitable solutions. From offer creation to the finished solution, you will manage the entire process. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with product norms and regulations and optimize processes within the team and the entire product workflow.
Responsibilities:
35% Technical Expertise
Provide Advanced Technical Support: Offer in-depth technical assistance to resolve complex product-related issues.
Knowledge about Norms and regulations
Product Customization: Support and guide the development of customized solutions tailored to specific customer needs.
Technical Documentation: Develop, maintain, and update technical documentation, including product specifications, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides.
10% Business Development
Support Sales Efforts: Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, providing technical insights that drive sales of customized solutions.
Customer Engagement: Engage with key customers to understand their technical requirements and ensure our products meet their expectations.
