SO/ Budapest will open towards the end of 2026 and our search for an experienced Hotel Manager to join our team and play a crucial part in this successful opening begins.

The hotel features 349 elegantly designed rooms and suites, complemented by a vibrant mix of dining and entertainment experiences. Job Description
What you'll do...
Support the General Manager in the successful opening of SO/Budapest, ensuring operational readiness across all departments.
Drive the day-to-day operational performance of the property, delivering agreed commercial targets and supporting the GM in achieving overall financial objectives.
Ensure brand standards are consistently executed across all guest touchpoints, bringing the brand to life in the local market and neighbourhood through exceptional operational delivery.
Lead the operational teams by example to create outstanding guest experiences that exceed expectations and strengthen the hotel's reputation.
