This role focuses on three key areas: Forecast, Suppliability & Capacity Planning, and S&OE (Sales & Operations Execution). The key focus is to ensure ES EMEA is ready for the aggressive growth plans with sustainable processes in the framework of EATON's Target Operating Model. Operating in an Agile/Sprint-based environment, the SME acts as a bridge between strategy, systems, and execution, ensuring consistent and effective application of materials management processes across ES EMEA.
