Részletek...We are looking for a HR Specialist for our multinational partner. As a French Speaking HR Specialist - People Operations , you will play a key role in delivering high-quality HR support to employees and managers. You will provide professional HR advice, manage a broad range of HR operational activities, and act as a trusted point of contact for day-to-day HR matters related to France.
Tasks:
Act as a primary point of contact for employees, managers, and the wider HR organisation for standard HR queries related to France.
Independently manage and resolve standard and complex HR cases, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, policy compliance, and confidentiality.
Oversee the administration of HR-related procedures and processes for the French population.
Take ownership of defined HR processes and act as a subject-matter expert within your scope, including knowledge management and training activities.
Work closely with other HR teams to ensure seamless and high-quality employee support.
Prepare ad-hoc HR reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
Act as a role model by consistently demonstrating and reinforcing Computacenter's values.
Collaborate effectively with local HR colleagues in France.
Support team coordination activities and contribute to onboarding processes.
Requirements
You have professional working proficiency in French and English (minimum B2 level).
