We are looking for an experienced Regional Hub Lead to establish, lead, and continuously improve a regional accounting hub, ensuring excellence in financial operations, governance, compliance, and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, setup, and ongoing management of the Regional Accounting Hub
Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial data across the region
Oversee month-end close, reconciliations, statutory reporting, tax reporting, and financial statement preparation
Partner closely with Country and Regional CFOs to ensure effective financial governance and control
Coordinate internal and external audits and act as the primary point of contact for auditors
Drive adherence to global finance standards, controls, and best practices
Foster a strong culture of compliance, accountability, customer service, and continuous improvement
Champion transformation initiatives and support large-scale change management programs
Develop meaningful performance metrics and engage stakeholders through regular business reviews
Lead, coach, and inspire managers, team leaders, and finance professionals across the hub
