At Coca-Cola HBC, we work every day to ensure that one of the world's most iconic brands reaches consumers smoothly and reliably. To make this happen, we rely on a strong, precise and efficient technical backbone. We are now looking for a professional who will play a key role in operating our technical warehouse and ensuring that all necessary spare parts are available to support our maintenance processes.
THE TASKS YOU WILL OWN
Spare parts procurement - reviewing technical specifications, working closely with suppliers, managing strategic spare parts and catalogue orders.
Inventory management - continuously monitoring stock levels, overseeing min-max settings, reviewing non-moving stock quarterly, and ensuring compliance with the defined inventory value.
Warehouse operations leadership - ensuring alignment between SAP and physical stock, organising and supervising the warehouse team, maintaining warehouse order and standards.
Inventory counts - preparing, executing and documenting the semi-annual stocktake.
Quotation management and decision support - requesting quotes, preparing decisions, tracking efficiency KPIs and providing feedback.
Quality assurance support - identifying and resolving the root causes of quality issues.
Communication with partners and internal stakeholders.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU IF YOU...
bring a technical background and feel confident navigating technical documentation.
have hands-on maintenance experience - not just familiarity, but deep, practical exposure to maintenance processes.
communicate in English confidently, both verbally and in writing, especially when working with suppliers or international colleagues.
think in systems - SAP is not new to you, and you use it regularly in your daily work.
are precise and structured - you like things to be in order and can maintain
