We are looking for a professional who can oversee the company's entire asset protection and physical security operations, and for whom prevention, systems thinking, and professional collaboration naturally go hand in hand. THE TASKS AWAITING YOU Asset Protection and Physical Security Professional management, supervision, and control of security service providers Organising, tracking, and documenting mandatory trainings Regular review of the security status of sites and ensuring compliance with regulations Conducting on-site inspections Regulation and Risk Management Continuous updating of internal security and law-enforcement regulations Analysing incidents and integrating lessons learned into operations Incident Management and Analysis Monitoring stock discrepancies based on Asset Leads' inputs Documented investigation of incidents and preparing reports Compiling monthly and daily reports Technical and Project-Related Tasks Coordinating the development and maintenance of security systems Participating in the execution of technical projects Regularly checking access permit records Performing working-time and overtime checks WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE: At least a secondary education Minimum 5 years of experience in security/asset protection Confident computer skills Category B driving licence English communication skills A confident and assertive presence ADVANTAGE Security experience in law-enforcement agencies and/or in a corporate environment COMPANY BUS ROUTE STOPS
