Job Description The position covers classical controlling responsibilities for local entities Own and deliver end-to-end controlling activities for assigned Business Unit(s) with full P&L responsibility (Revenue & Cost). Take full ownership of key controlling processes (e.g. closing, forecasting), ensuring effective coordination across functions and driving timelines, inputs, and deliverables. Challenge financial results and underlying assumptions; proactively investigate deviations and perform deep-dive analyses when needed. Consolidate complex financial information into clear, structured, and concise insights for senior management. Provide actionable recommendations, highlighting key risks and opportunities to support decision-making. Drive continuous improvement of controlling processes, reporting standards, and tools. Maintain a holistic understanding of the organization and end-to-end business operations. Develop and enhance reporting solutions using tools such as MS Power BI, SAP, and SQL.
